The short version

PCS Security Academy collects no data. Your learning progress and quiz results stay on your device.

What the app does

PCS Security Academy is an offline training course that teaches enterprise information security to new engineers — 25 modules across 10 levels covering corporate IT basics, security fundamentals, security architecture, security operations, and a capstone project, each with a self-scored quiz.

Data collection

• No personal data is collected, transmitted, or shared by us. Your module progress, quiz answers, quiz scores, and the trainee name you optionally type for your results sheet are saved only in the app's local storage on your own device, so your progress is still there when you reopen the app.
• The app works entirely offline and does not request the Internet permission — it is technically incapable of uploading anything anywhere.
• No accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising, no cookies, and no third-party SDKs.

Sharing results sheets and certificates

When you choose to export a quiz results sheet or your course completion certificate, the app creates the document on your device and opens your device's standard share menu. You decide whether and where to send it (for example, to your trainer by email or WhatsApp). Nothing is shared automatically, and nothing is ever sent to PCS Solutions or any server.

Your control over the data

All saved progress lives only on your device. You can erase it at any time by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app from your device's settings. Because we never receive your data, there is nothing for us to delete on any server.

Children

The app is intended for a general audience and is directed at adults (18+) — typically new engineering hires in corporate onboarding programmes. It does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children — it collects no information at all.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of the app ever changes how data is handled, this policy will be updated here before that version is released.
