The short version

Cricket Scoreboard collects no data. Everything you score stays on your device.

What the app does

Cricket Scoreboard is a ball-by-ball scoring tool for informal cricket matches — gully, club, society and office games. You enter team names, player names and each ball's outcome, and the app builds a live scorecard with batting, bowling and match-result summaries.

Data collection

• No personal data is collected, transmitted, or shared. The team and player names and scores you enter are saved only in the app's local storage on your own device, so an unfinished match is still there when you reopen the app.
• The app works entirely offline and does not request the Internet permission — it is technically incapable of uploading anything anywhere.
• No accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising, no cookies, and no third-party SDKs.

Your control over the data

All saved match data lives only on your device. You can erase it at any time by using Reset Match inside the app, or by clearing the app's storage / uninstalling the app from your device's settings. Because we never receive your data, there is nothing for us to delete on any server.

Children

The app is intended for a general audience and is directed at adults (18+) who score matches. It does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children — it collects no information at all.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of the app ever changes how data is handled, this policy will be updated here before that version is released.
