1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how PCS Solutions ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores and protects information submitted through the Cyber Security Assessment mobile application (the "App"). The App is a business tool that helps organisations identify applicable cyber security and regulatory compliance frameworks and request a tailored recommendations session from our advisory team.

2. Information We Collect

All information in the App is provided voluntarily by you through its forms. We collect:

• Contact and company details — your full name, business email address, phone number, company name and industry.
• Infrastructure and security landscape information — optional, high-level details you choose to share about your organisation's endpoints, applications, network, cloud usage, third-party vendors, workforce and security operations.
• Compliance selections and questionnaire responses — the regulatory frameworks you select and your answers to the related assessment questions.
• Scheduling preferences — your preferred date, time and any notes for the recommendations session.

The App does not collect your location, contacts, photos, files, device identifiers, advertising identifiers or any data from other apps. It contains no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.

3. How We Use Your Information

The information you submit is used solely to:

• Understand your organisation's compliance obligations and current security posture;
• Prepare a tailored compliance assessment and recommendations presentation; and
• Contact you to schedule and deliver that presentation at your chosen date and time.

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling or automated decision-making, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

4. How Your Information Is Transmitted and Stored

• When you tap Submit, your responses are compiled into a single assessment report and transmitted over an encrypted HTTPS connection.
• The report is stored in a private, access-controlled Google Drive folder belonging to PCS Solutions, and a copy is delivered by email to our advisory team at sandeep@pcssolutions.co.in. Google LLC acts as our storage service provider in this process.
• If your device is offline when you submit, the report is held temporarily in the App's private storage on your device and uploaded automatically the next time the App is opened. It is deleted from the device once uploaded.
• No submission data is visible to other users of the App, and the App displays no previously submitted information.

5. Sharing of Information

Your information is shared only with:

• PCS Solutions advisory personnel who prepare your assessment; and
• Google LLC, solely as a data processor providing the cloud storage and email infrastructure described above.

We do not share your information with any other third party unless required by law or with your explicit consent.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain submitted reports only as long as necessary to prepare and deliver your assessment and to maintain a record of our engagement with you. You may request a copy of your data, a correction, or complete deletion at any time by contacting us at the address below. We will action deletion requests within 30 days.

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS), access-controlled cloud storage and restricted internal access on a need-to-know basis. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information in line with industry practice.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is a business-to-business tool intended for use by working professionals. It is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the EU GDPR where applicable), you may have the right to access, correct, port or erase your personal data, and to withdraw consent. 10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
